  4. User Obligations & Intellectual Property. You agree not to duplicate, distribute, or reproduce site content without proper authorization. All ads are user-provided and for informational purposes only. You release VIPgfs.com and Vip Vault Group LTD from liability arising from your use of the site.
  5. User-Submitted Content & Moderation. Advertisers ("Users") must ensure that content: Is accurate and truthful (no misleading or fake profiles). Features only individuals aged 18+. Contains no explicit genital imagery. Isn't duplicated, manipulated, or reused to gain listing advantages. Moderation: All submissions are reviewed manually. Non-compliant content or accounts—especially those misusing "DIAMOND" or "VIP" features—may be deleted or suspended without any refund.
  6. Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited actions include: Uploading malware or engaging in scraping/data harvesting. Sending spam or unsolicited communications via the site. Using the website for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
  7. Payments & Refund Policy. You must be the authorized user of the payment method used. Refunds are available within 72 hours only for valid, demonstrable reasons (e.g., fraud); decisions are final. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in fiat currency via bank transfer, subject to approval.
  8. Verified Profiles & Reporting. Users can obtain "Verified" status by submitting ID and a verification video. This does not guarantee authenticity of services. The verification video is for internal use/verification only and it will never be published. If you suspect fraud or misuse, use the "Report" feature; processing occurs within 7 business days.

8.1 Users / Models

The photos and text of advertisers ("users", "models") published at VIPGFS.com are provided by the users who are registered members of the Website, and who are responsible for the content of the advertisement, including the photos and the text.

It is not allowed to the users to upload fake pictures. If we find such profiles the whole account will be deleted immediately. If such an account has an active subscription, the amount won´t be refunded. Users can provide verification video to proof that profile is real. Verification video requirements are stated in each user account.

It is not allowed to users of www.vipgfs.com to upload any content showing genitals. Such pictures will be immediately deleted or blurred.

All models on this Website are over the age of +18 years.

We accept only members and independent escorts/service providers on the Website. Escort directories are not allowed to register any kind of profiles. If we find profiles that link to such sites, we will delete them without any notification.

We also don´t accept registration of porn sites, cam sites, dating sites or any similar adult sites.

Our company will manually review each post and pictures before it goes LIVE online. If we determine that age of the model/escort is in question, we may ask for ID and age verification and we reserve the right to refuse to post if image does not fall into good business practices. All fraudulent ads will be deleted without notice.

To delete and upload the same profiles, create duplicated profiles or delete whole account and create new one for reason to reach TOP positions on the site is strictly prohibited. If we find such advertisers doing this, we will delete them from our directory. The allowed way to move profiles to the TOP of sections is to use "VIP" service in the account of advertisers.

Takedown policy - each advert has "report fake" button. If you think profile use fake photos, advert is fraudulent, content infringements copyright, etc. then use this button. We deal with each report within 7 business days, however usually it is much sooner.

Users can at any time block specific countries from seeing their profile online.

Users can hide/unhide their profile on the website at any time.

8.2 Verified Profiles

We as the administrators do verify all the profiles. These profiles have a VERIFIED status (in blue). Each girl who advertises on our site has "verification" option in the account. We require verification video and face + ID picture as proof that profile is real. If the girl sends required verification video, we give her a "verified" status.

However, please be aware that VIPgfs cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties that either the advertiser in the pictures on any particular ad will be the same individual who shows up for any date arranged between an advertiser and yourself.

9. Copyright & DMCA Policy

All content is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying is prohibited. DMCA takedown notices can be submitted to our designated email.

9.1 User Content

In these terms of use, "your content" means material (including, without limitation, text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.

You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

You must not submit any photos to the Website that have text links, logos, phone numbers or e-mails on them. We remove such images without notification.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our Website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our Website.

Content monitoring - All content submitted by users is reviewed by our content management team within 48 hours.

9.2 Paid Advertisement / Subscriptions

The users must purchase a monthly subscription of VIP, DIAMOND or GOLD level for advertising purposes. The cost of subscription plan can vary according to the product and period. Payment options can be found on the advertising page. We need up to 48 hours to active any advertisement after we've received the payment.

9.3 Refund Policy

We want to keep our users satisfied by providing the best service, so we have created a special refund policy in this area. The users may ask for a refund in 72 hours after the purchase is made. We can only make a refund if they provide us with a valid reason why the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized, or for any other reason that we've found appropriate. 10. Communication Consent & ePrivacy Compliance

14. Affiliate Program

Overview: Our Affiliate Program rewards affiliates with commission for paid memberships or advertising traffic.

  • Commission Structure: 10% on sales and subsequent renewals within 360 days.
  • Cookie Duration: 360 days for tracking commissions reliably.
  • Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship per EU law.
  • GDPR Compliance: Affiliates must not collect personal data without explicit, GDPR-compliant consent and must honor opt-outs.
  • Acceptable Use: Affiliates cannot use deceptive marketing, adult traffic sources, or platforms violating VIPgfs.com's terms.

An independent agreement governs this program; participants must adhere to it fully.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, with disputes resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

16. Amendments

Vip Vault Group LTD may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes—please review regularly.

17. Reporting Abuse or Exploitation

We maintain zero tolerance towards trafficking or exploitation. If you suspect abuse, please report immediately to local law enforcement or relevant hotlines.
